Mauritius-Blood Donation Drives for first 2 weeks of May 2022

In its continuity to serve the Country and to save lives, the Sri Sathya Sai Overseas Organisation Mauritius organised 8 blood donation drives around the country for the first 2 weeks of the month of May 2022. A total of 532 pints of blood were collected during these blood donation drives. This event mobilised more than 100 sevadals who helped enormously for a proper conduct of the events. All current sanitary protocols were respected.

A special mention to the Sri Sathya Sai Centre of Providence, found in Region 3-Moka/Flacq, that organised its annual blood donation drive on Sunday 15 May 2022. Even though this centre's building is still under construction, the centre has organised its first activity and more than 100 pints of liquid love were collected on that day. The Prime Minister of Mauritius, Hon. Pravin Kumar Jugnauth and the Vice-Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Tertiary Education, Science and Technology, Hon. Leela Devi Dookun Luchoomun marked their presences during this maiden activity of the centre.
