Mauritius-Sports and Fun Day

The Love All Serve All Foundation supported by the Sri Sathya Sai Overseas Organisation Mauritius, the National Social Inclusion Foundation (NSIF), and the Institute of Sri Sathya Sai Education of Mauritius (ISSSEM), held its Annual Sports and Fun day on Saturday 16 December 2023 at the Flic-en-Flac football ground from 9.30 am to noon.

The participants were our usual beneficiaries that is the needy children aged 6 to 16 of Bambous village.

The event started with a March by all participants, followed by the National Anthem. The sports disciplines that followed, were all value based aiming at highlighting values such as ‘Save money’, ‘Overcome the bad qualities’ and ‘Making the right choices”. The winners received medals after the sport value games and a short football session.

The beneficiaries children had brought along their ravannes . They sang a few sega songs . This created such a cheerful mood that Santa Claus himself made his entry dancing to the rythmic tunes , delighting all the children . Santa Claus then distributed gifts to all the children.

Everything went on smoothly and we are thankful to the sponsors, attendees and volunteers who contributed to this wonderful event.
