A Graduation Ceremony was organised by the National Young Adults Forum of the Sri Sathya Sai Overseas Organisation Mauritius on Wednesday 01 November 2023 at the Sri Sathya Sai Centre of Rose Belle, under the aegis of the National Council.

The aim of the ceremony was to felicitate all the graduates of the 2023 batch of the Sri Sathya Sai Global Council Young Adults Leadership Programme for Self Transformation and to remit their certificates.

Around 125 devotees were present, including graduates, and their family members.

The Programme began with a beautiful procession by the graduates, followed by Vedam Chanting and the lighting of lamps by the National YA Advisor, Sister Vidula Rahiman and the Deputy National President, Brother Ashok Beeharry.

In his welcome note, the National Young Adult Coordinator, Bro Davish Gurriah shared his experience as a core member/ mentor of the Leadership Programme. His speech was followed by that of the National President, Brother Vinay Gunnasya. He made sure that the graduates understood their mission to serve Swami and His Organisation.

The Ceremony comprised of the sharing of experiences by the graduates. Indeed, the Leadership Programme did transform our Young Adults and this could be felt in each and every word they uttered. The Young Adults also presented a sketch entitled “The Boss and the Leader” to Swami and the audience.

An enthralling musical offering, prepared by the graduates followed the conferring of certificates.

A light lunch was served to all attendees at the end of the Ceremony.
