Nepal - Aradhana Mahotasav

 Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organization Nepal (SSSSON) celebrated with great Reverence and Gratitude the auspicious and Holy day of Aradhana Mahotasav on April 24. Sai Centers across the country solemnized the day with special bhajans, Nagar San Keerthan and various Service activities.

SSSSON carried out various sewa activities on this auspicious occasion in the initiation of Sri Sathya Sai Centre Surkhet. Medical Camp, Blood Donation Camp, Animal Service Program, Narayan Seva, Old Home Service Program, Bal Bikash Cultural Program and a Peace Rally was organized.

Ayurvedic Medical Camp at Ratachaur village, was attended by 161 patients, who were served with medicine for their aliment. Narayan Seva was organized at the camp and 191 Narayans were served with Prasadham. In the Blood donation program 21 pints of blood was collected. Neck Belts with fluorescent light was put in the 95 street dogs to protect them from vehicle hit during the night and food was also provided to them. In addition to this, food package that include Rice, Pulse, Salt, and Oil was provided to 48 deprived families along with cooked food packets. Old Home Service program was organized at Prashanti Old Home for 29 senior citizens residing there, the service included cleaning of the premises and Satsang. Amongst the 29 senior citizens living in the Old Home, cataract surgery has been arranged for one senior citizen. Bal Bikash cultural program was carried out and 60 children participated in the program along with their parents. Peace rally with placards of Swami’s quotes, was also organized and 45 devotees participated in the event.

At another part of the country, SSSSON organized a peace rally and a Blood Donation Camp in the initiation of Sri Sathya Sai Centre Srijanachowk and Sri Sathya Sai Bhajan group Surunga. 25 pints of blood was collected in association with Red Cross Nepal. Similarly, as part of the Narayan Sewa, food package along with mosquito net was provided to 52 senior citizens. 54 devotees actively participated in the program.
