India - Sharing the Liquid Love
A Mission to refill the Temples of Healing
On the occasion of Bhagwan Baba's 96th Birthday, the Sri Sathya Sai Young Messengers (youth wing) under the aegis of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations, India is organising more than 230 blood donation camps across India between 20th and 28th November 2021.
The Covid-19 pandemic has caused disruption and destruction as we’ve never experienced before. All over the world, humanitarian initiatives have been undertaken to cope with the various critical needs of our brethren. One such area that needs our attention are the blood banks. Due to the pressing worries of hygiene and contact with this deadly virus, the footfall of donors at the blood banks have depleted greatly, thereby drying up the blood reserves.
In order to help re-energise the blood banks and spread our beloved Bhagawan’s message of “Manav seva is Madhav seva”, the SSSSO, India and SSSYM are organising a Mega Pan-India Blood Donation Drive as part of Swami’s 96th Birthday! Given the acute shortage of Blood due to COVID-19, this is an initiative to inspire Youth of India to come forward and donate blood.
With Love at the Divine Lotus Feet of Sri Sathya Sai Baba.
